Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 2026
Welcome to Event Gallery. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Event Gallery service ("Service") operated by PhotoReflect LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Description of Service
Event Gallery is a cloud-based platform that enables professional photographers ("Photographers") to:
- Create and manage online photo galleries
- Share galleries with clients for viewing and proofing
- Sell prints, products, and digital downloads
- Process payments and manage order fulfillment
- Manage client communications and delivery
2. Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2.2 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
2.3 Account Restrictions
Each individual may maintain only one account. You may not transfer or share your account credentials with others. Business accounts may be shared among authorized employees of that business.
3. Subscription and Billing
3.1 Free Plan
We offer a free plan with limited features. You may use the free plan indefinitely. Premium plans with additional features are available for a monthly or annual subscription fee.
3.2 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans with different features and storage limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our website and may be updated from time to time. Plans marked as offering "Unlimited" storage are subject to the fair-use policy described in Section 3.8.
3.3 Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
3.4 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. When upgrading from the free plan to a paid plan, your payment method will be charged immediately at the applicable monthly or annual rate. When upgrading between paid plans, you will be charged the new rate on your next billing date. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you switch from monthly to annual billing, the annual rate is charged immediately and your next billing date is set to one year from the date of the change. If you switch from annual to monthly billing, the change takes effect at the end of your current annual period.
3.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods unless required by law. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan.
3.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
3.7 Failed Payments
If we are unable to process payment using your designated payment method, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
3.8 Fair Use of Storage and Bandwidth
"Unlimited" storage plans are provided for the purpose of photography gallery delivery, client proofing, portfolio display, and normal business photo archival. The Service is not intended for use as a general-purpose file-hosting platform, cloud backup for non-photography data, content delivery network, or file-sharing service. Storage of content that is not photographic in nature or that is unrelated to your photography business is prohibited.
Individual file size limits apply to all plans: photographs up to 100 MB, videos up to 5 GB, animated images (GIF format) up to 30 MB, and other supported file types up to 20 MB. Animated image uploads are served verbatim to your clients to preserve animation, and are counted against your storage allowance at their original file size. Contact support for one-time exceptions.
We reserve the right to review accounts whose storage, bandwidth, or file patterns are materially inconsistent with typical photography-gallery use. Where usage is inconsistent with the purpose-of-use described above, we may, at our sole discretion: contact you regarding migration to a custom or enterprise plan; request removal of ineligible content; apply rate limits on uploads, downloads, or API access; pause additional uploads; or suspend or terminate the account under Section 13.2.
The Company will apply reasonable rate limits on bulk operations, concurrent downloads, and automated requests in order to maintain service quality for all customers.
4. Content and License
4.1 Ownership of Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the photographs, images, and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). The Company does not claim any ownership interest in Your Content.
4.2 License to the Company
By uploading Your Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, transmit, and distribute Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and your designated clients. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account, except for copies that may exist in our backup systems.
